Details
The Bosch Aerotwin A864S (part number 3 397 007 864) is the right-hand-drive front windscreen set for the VW Golf VII, Audi A3 8V and related VW group cars: two frameless flat blades, 650 mm on the driver side and 450 mm on the passenger side, shaped for UK cars where the wipers park towards the right. The aerodynamic spoiler limits wind lift at speed, and the Power Protection Plus rubber gives a quiet, streak-free wipe. This is a genuine branded Bosch part, sold new and boxed by MECA RB.
The set comes with a pre-assembled adapter for the original arms, so fitting takes a few minutes without tools: lift the arm, unclip the old blade and click the new one in until it locks. It replaces OE 5G2 998 002 / 8V2 955 425 / 8V2 955 426. Replace both blades together, ideally every 12 months, and check your vehicle before ordering.
