Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and the legal guarantee covers faulty parts.

Changed your mind

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery: email contact@meca-boutique.fr with your order number, or use the cancellation form.
2. Send the part back within 14 days of telling us, unfitted and in its original packaging if possible, to: MECA RB LTD - Returns, 12 Station Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1LN, England.
3. We refund the full price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your cancellation (we may wait until the parcel is back or you send proof of postage).

The return postage is paid by you. A part that has been fitted or used may be refunded at a reduced amount to reflect its loss of value.

Faulty or wrong part

Email contact@meca-boutique.fr with your order number and a photo. We send a prepaid return label, then replace or refund. UK customers can reject a faulty part for a full refund within 30 days (Consumer Rights Act 2015). French customers have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (see terms, section 8).

Refund method

Refunds go back to the card or wallet used to pay, in the currency paid.
