Details
A genuine Febi Bilstein rubber-metal mount that carries the engine and gearbox unit on the gearbox side. It replaces the original VW part 1K0 199 555 CE. MECA RB sells it new, in Febi Bilstein packaging.
Clunks when pulling away or changing gear, and extra vibration in the cabin, often point to a worn mount. Support the engine and gearbox from below before removal and tighten the new bolts to the manufacturer’s torque.
