The LuK RepSet 623 3534 00 is a complete 3-piece clutch kit: LuK 123 0598 10 pressure plate, LuK 323 0820 10 clutch disc (228 mm, 28 splines) and LuK 500 0440 10 release bearing. It is made for 1.6 TDI engines (CAYB, CAYC, CAYD, CAYE) without a dual-mass flywheel in the VW Golf VI, Golf Plus, Jetta, Touran, Passat B7 and Caddy III/IV, the Skoda Octavia II, Superb II and Yeti, and the Seat Leon II and Altea. It replaces VW OE 03L 141 032 A / 03L 141 025 Q / 02A 141 165 M. This is a genuine branded LuK (Schaeffler) part sold by MECA RB.

A slipping clutch, a biting point that keeps rising, judder when pulling away or a noisy release bearing are the usual signs it is time for a new kit. Check the flywheel face for heat spots and cracks and skim or replace it if needed, use a centring tool when fitting the disc, tighten the pressure-plate bolts evenly in a criss-cross order to the specified torque, and never let the gearbox hang on the clutch. Inspect the release fork, guide sleeve and hydraulics at the same time. Professional fitting is recommended. Check your registration or VIN before ordering.
